TERMS OF PAYM

ENT & HIRE CONDITIONS

Damage to equipm

ent due to the negligence of the hirer, his/her staff or guests will be the full responsibility of the renter w

ho will

be required to reimburse Exhibition Hire Services LP - Displayw

orks for reasonable costs of repair or replacement.

1) Confirmation is subject to stock availability and full paym

ent received.

2) HIRE orders must be paid for IN FULL prior to the hire com

mencem

ent date.

3) A Late Fee of 25% of total hire w

ill apply for late orders – (A late order is an order that is placed once pack-in has comm

enced.

4) Freight and Administration Fees apply to all orders.

An afterhours delivery fee may be charged if delivery is outside of norm

al working hours.

5) CANCELLATIONS – Any products delivered then cancelled will be charged at full rate. Goods cancelled by the hirer less than

5 days prior to any hire of equipment or exhibition build, Exhibition Hire Services LP - Displayw

orks retains the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50%

of the full rate.

6) Bank Fees for overseas payments is payable by the custom

er/client.

7) If Paying by Amex – A surcharge of 3.12%

of the total amount of the order (incl of GST) w

ill be charged.

8) Any expenses, disbursements and legal costs incurred by Exhibition Hire Services LP - Displayw

orks in the enforcement of any

rights contained in this contract shall be paid by the customer, including any reasonable Legal fees or debt collection agency fees.

9) All Reservations/Contracts are subject to the “Conditions of Hire” whether or not the reservation or confirm

ation documents are

signed by the customer. - Please read our com
