-Start with bands around wrists. Step or put hand on airexpad or block that is 2-4” high. Move laterally taking onehand off the pad and putting the other on to it. Repeat inother direction. This can also be done movingforward/backward onto and off mat with either both handson or one on at a time.

-On all 4’s with band arounforward one hand at a timeon band. Feet can either moved. Exercise can alsobackwards.
