To test the role and coordination ofERAT Team, JOCCA / OSOCC indisaster emergency

Conduct validation / testing of theimplementation of an operatingplan/action plan
A field exercise takes place in realtime to test the mobilization,including the activation of theEmergency Operations Center, of allor as many as possible of theresponse components.
Improve the capabilities and skillsof the leadership elements alongwith their staff and test theequipment and equipment used
Facilitate recognition of potentialgaps or weaknesses in the interagency emergency responses

CPX will be held simultaneously with FTX
Player will be given the sequence situation by controller, which has problems to be solved through decision, planning, order and action by the player
Situation will be developed by controller
During CPX, available communication system will be used
All resources deployment will be simulated

TACTICAL SCENARIO
Phase 1 (D0 - D1) earthquake and tsunami disaster: Focus at local (district / municipality and provincial) levels from affected areas, and coordinate with Indonesia Government to determine national resource priority support and required international assistance.
Phase 2 (D2 – D4): Focus on coordination between provincial governments and Indonesia Government, and handling prioritize of international assistance to support the rescue of affected communities.

Phase 3 (D4 – D11): Focus on efforts to synergize local, national and international resources, both civilian and military, through coordination between Command Post, Pospenas/MAC, Field Posts and Supporting Post from affected areas.
Phase 4 (D12 – D14): Focus on the process of determining whether or not international aid is to be continued; regional / international resource demobilization mechanisms that are no longer needed; and the exit strategy of international aid that is not continued, so that there is no significant gap after the aid is stopped.
