The Executive Leadership Municipal Development Programme is intended for senior managers and other local government representatives. It provides you with the background to understand the management function and intergovernmental relations applicable to local government. This programme was designed to ensure the accelerated development of knowledge and skills required for the effective implementation of the municipality’s vision and mission.

Prospective delegates should at least have a National Senior Certificate/Matric.
