Judge for the Ninth Circuit.

Ordered further, That all time during recess, adjournment, morning business, and Leader remarks count

post-cloture on the Miller nomination.

Ordered further, That with respect to the motions to invoke cloture on the following nominations, the

mandatory quorum calls required under Rule XXII be waived:
