EXCLUSIVE LIFETIME WARRANTYShould any Auroralight fixture fail to operate properly for any reason, other than the Architectural Series, return the

item to Auroralight to be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This warranty covers material defects, workmanship and accidental damage under normal usage. Intentional misuse, vandalism or gross neglect shall void all warranties.

Some exclusions apply, see below:

To SUbMIT A CLAIM:Contact us at 877-942-1179 or E-mail us at warranty@auroralight.com to obtain a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) number. Please adequately package the product to prevent further damage from occurring during shipment.

Product lost or damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will incur repair/replacement charges. Auroralight is not responsible for lost product.

Clearly indicate the assigned RGA number on the outside of the package and send to:

Your product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and promptly returned to you via common carrier of our choice. Average repair time from time of receipt is 3-5 business days, however times may vary.

Should signature be required at time of delivery please notify us at time of RGA request.

ARCHITECTURAL SERIESThe “Architectural Series” carries lifetime repair or replacement coverage on all Brass, Copper and Stainless Steel fixtures, and a full 60 month warranty on Aluminum fixtures. This warranty protects against socket failure, glass-breakage, material defects and workmanship. Optional finishes and accidental damage (other than glass breakage) are not covered; should refinishing be required, charges will apply. We are not responsible for labor, down-time or equipment rental charges for

on-site service.

LAmpS/LED LIGHT ENGINESAny internal components for LED luminaires (excluding the “HPL Series”; see below) shall be warranted for 10 years

or 50,000 hours from the original date of purchase, whichever comes first. HPL Series LED modules manufactured by Auroralight shall be warranted for 5 years from the original date of purchase. Failure to operate due to improper voltage/

power surge/lighting strike, etc. will incur time and material charges for repair/replacement.

Coverage does not apply to OEM parts to include but not limited to lamps, optics, accessories (hex baffles, glass filters,

etc.), transformers and LBD series LED drivers. Refer to original manufacturer for warranty details.

UNDERWATER LIGHTINGThe underwater series of fixtures carry a Lifetime Repair or Replacement Warranty on all brass body parts, material

defects, and manufacturing defects; and a full 60-month warranty that covers all internal components at a maximum depth of up to 10’ (3m). Damaged caused by improper installation, accidental damage (including lens-breakage), on-site labor,

and incidental or actual damage to aquatic life is not covered by this warranty. Not to be used in pool and spa rated areas,

saltwater or harsh water conditions.

ACCIDENTAL DAmAGE COVERAGEAccidental damage under normal usage is covered under our Lifetime Warranty. Once received, your product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Cosmetic damage, to include minor scratches and dents, will be repaired to the best of our ability; refurbished parts may be utilized should replacement be deemed necessary. Coverage does not apply to optional finishes (BLP, Nickel, PVD, Powder Coat, etc.), should refinishing be required, charges will apply. We are not responsible for labor, down-time or equipment rental charges for on-site service. Shipping and handling

charges are the responsibility of the sender.
