We will also publish proceedings from the 2013 conference in Sagnlandet Lejre we co-hosted on the history of experimental archaeology. The PR Book will be sent to all Institutional Members. We will join several conferences and are organizing two round tables, one for the universities, other for national networks. Both has to do with experimental archaeology.

Since there is more work on EXARC Journal from 2014, we are going to spend more on editors.

On the other hand …

… we save on postage. Although we send two Digests a year and we have more members we will keep our postage low by using another service.

With more work for EXARC we are exploring the possibility to hire one person (from the secretariat) for a few hours a week from 2015 or 2016.

In the OpenArch project we will get the last 20% of the funds in 2016, when the project is already finished. We however are obliged to spend the money before the end of 2015. So from 2014 we calculated extra € 4,270 to be spend on PR and OpenArch - to be received in 2016.
