EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Hilton Hotels & Resorts are the global leader in hospitality with over 530 hotels and resorts spread

They are currently looking for a Cluster General Manager who will take responsibility for two

franchised hotels, one located in Bora Bora and the other in Moorea. This person will also assist

the owner as an advisory for other properties in the portfolio.

The individual will be a passionate and experienced General Manager with a strong Sales and

Marketing background.

HILTON BORA BORA NUI RESORT & SPA

Nestled on a white beach and blue lagoon, the Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa is an idyllic

REPORTING STRUCTURE AND PORTFOLIO

This role will report directly into the Owner. The Owner has several companies in different sectors

and this Cluster GM will be responsible to lead and conduct the Hotels sector. This includes:

Two Hilton hotels Franchises

One hotel management contract

One hotel that is currently closed (the opening is planned)

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Based in Tahiti, the Cluster General Manager will be responsible for the overall development and

strategy of all four hotels. You will be the link between Hilton Worldwide, Starwood Hotels

Management and the Owner. You will also be involved with the owner in investment projects such

as renovation programs.

Hilton Franchise Hotels

The General Managers of each property will report directly into this individual along with the

Director of Sales & Marketing and the rest of their team. They will be responsible for:

driving and managing the strategy and the overall development of these 2 hotels;

leading the executive team under a self- management organization;

Taking responsibility for Sales and Marketing and Operations in order to increase profitability.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

The appointed candidate will be expected to demonstrate evidence of the following skills,

capabilities and experience:

Strong Sales and Marketing skills and experience;

Strong Finance skills;

Experience in developing and leading the strategy and management;

Previous resort experience is preferred.
