Exact Sciences is fueled by passion, innovation and Madison’s entrepreneurial spirit.
People join Exact Sciences to generate real change. And together we have, pairing creativity with rigorous science to produce Cologuard®, then proving its performance in one of the largest clinical trials of its kind.
We began with strong science and successfully applied it to the development of a test that is changing human behavior—how people are screened for today’s second deadliest cancer. We built a flexible lab and customer care center that can be scaled to take on other cancers through early detection. And we did it all because of the remarkable people of Exact Sciences.
There is a new model for success.
Meet the leadership team that is making it happen.

What excites me most about working at Exact Sciences? Solving hard problems with exceptional people. It’s incredibly energizing to know that our collective ability and experience is making a real difference in the early detection of cancer, a space in which few companies have been able to carve out a leadership position. I’m just as excited that we’re putting our skills and know-how to work bringing other products to market where we can make a similar difference.
The mission we’ve outlined and the challenges in front of us put Exact Sciences in a unique leadership position to help win the war on cancer through early detection.

t’s exciting to be part of an organization that is playing a major role in the eradication of colorectal cancer. And I should know: I took the test shortly after turning 50 and had a positive result. A subsequent colonoscopy confirmed that I had precancerous lesions. Cologuard made it easy for me to be screened, and as it turned out, I didn’t have time to procrastinate!
