If you already are registered on the portal, you can move directly to downloading and registering for the EVV mobile application. Step 1. Setting up an iTunes account

Each device needs an iTunes account. If you already have an iTunes account, proceed to step 2. Otherwise, complete the following:

Open the iTunes app Go to the menu at the top of" the iTunes screen,

select “Account”, then select “Sign In” In the Sign in dialog box, select “Create New Apple

ID” On the Create Apple ID screen, enter your email

address and a password to use with your new AppleID account.

Step 2. Searching for and Installing CellTrak

Select App Store

Search for CellTrak

Select CellTrak

* Do not select CellTrak 1.7

Install/Download the CellTrak app

Open the CellTrak App

Tap “Allow” so CellTrak can send you notifications

Step 3. Creating a shortcut

To make things easier for you, we recommend you move the CellTrak Icon to your home screen

Locate the CellTrak icon

Press and hold the icon until it wiggles

Drag/move the icon to the home screen

Tap the home button to save

Step 4. Enabling GPS

*GPS must be enabled

• After the user has registered withCellTrak, the iOS device asks forpermission to use the Location Services

• Tap “Allow”

Step 1. Setting up a Gmail account

• Each device needs a Gmail account to access the Google Play Store.

• Go to “Settings”

• Go to “Accounts & Sync”

• Add “Google” Account

Search for “CellTrak” and “Install”

Do not select ‘CellTrak 1.7’ or ‘CellTrak 1.7 Demo’

Step 5. Enabling GPS

Note: Screenshots are from a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 6.0.1.

Menus can vary among Android devices; however, Settings and Permissions remain constant.

If options listed cannot be found, please contact your device carrier.

• Go to “Settings”

• Find and select “Location Services” (part of Privacy and Safety for Samsung) andtoggle ON

Note: CellTrak uses the GPS satellite function to determine location forElectronic Visit Verification. This information is captured only at the times ofshift start and shift end.

• There are additional permission settings that must be toggled

• Settings > Applications > Application Manager > CellTrak > Permissions

How to register

Next, it’s time to register you and your mobile device with CellTrak.

Note: Only one mobile device can be licensed per user.

Step 1. If you do not have the CellTrak app open already, please do so now.

Step 2. Enter information to acquire mobile device license

The first time the CellTrak application opens you

will need to enter the following:

o License ID

o Authentication code

o Phone number

Note: Your user license ID and authentication

code was given to you during enrollment as a

new member, or through a mailing during EVV

implementation.

When complete click “Acquire License”

Step 3. Register yourself as a user

Enter your last name and your user ID.

Note: Your user ID was given to you duringenrollment as a new member, or through amailing during EVV implementation.

Your user last name and user ID and are casesensitive, meaning that you will need to enterthem exactly as they were given to you.

Step 4. Create a password

Once you have entered your last name and user ID, you must set your password and create security challenge questions.

Create a password by entering the password. Passwords are case sensitive. Re-enter the password again to verify it.

Note: Your password must be 6 characters long and does not have any special requirements.

Step 5. Security questions

Select and answer two security questions.

Step 6. Complete user registration

Click the “Register User” button tocomplete the registration process.
