I had never discovered my self-worth and when you feel like damaged goods you act like damaged goods. So, several years later I found myself in the same situation. Thank God, I had a rooted foundation in him that would not be broken no matter what and I learned to to cry out to him even in the midst of my bad choices. I began to search and seek out the truth. I went to counseling, laid my request before the Lord and waited expectantly. God set me on a path of recovery from the addiction to love and he led me past those bad choices into his redeeming love. My one woman show Evolution of a Love Addict touches every emotion and chronicles my journey from divorcing and dating to finding the Love that really matters. It’s a very comedic down to earth look at my journey.
