Many and diverse are the interests and the sights at thispart of Evia. Mesochoria, Fryniakos, Porto Bufalo, Agios Dimitrios,Crysi Ammos, Kokkini, Fygias, Kavoi, Barelaioi, Kallianoi,Marmari, N.Styra, Karystos, Bouros, Potami.The most interesting sites of Southern Evia are the ar-chaeological museum, the city hall, Bourtzi, the Karystossquare, the Mavromichali mill, the Armenian portal inStyra, the ancient quarries in Ochi, the dragon houses, thecave in Tharounia, the tholos tombs of Katakalou, Dysto´sLake, Ancient Dystos and the paleontological findings inAlmyropotamos. Also, monasteries, castles and towers,with great history and cultural interest are scatteredaround the whole part of Southern Evia.

Skyros is also a precint of Evia. It is an island with the sentof Aegeum Sea and has a feature that makes it unique.
