In the 12 years we have been in Ottawa, the Dekker Team has
helped us with many purchases. We bought a home in Orleans
that was a right fit home, close to the school our daughters
were attending at the time. A couple years after, it didn’t fit our
family situation with 2 young adults in the house. We wanted
to continue with the investment property process but, we
couldn’t find the property that we wanted. Then, we thought
maybe we can rent the house that we are currently in and buy
a home that would best suit our needs. We put our house on
the market for rent, and we found the home that we wanted.
