THIS LEAVE AND LICENCE AGREEMENT is made entered into at Mumbai

WHEREAS:
1) the leave & licence requested the HOUSE (OWNER) to allow him to use of one BAD( cot basis) in the flat in the premises for his own use only on a monthly basic on the terms and conditions hereinafter written

2) This leave & licence Agreement shall be for a period of 11 Months only
commencing from 1/03/2014, to 30/01/2015.
3) The Licensors are exclusive and lawful owners of and absolutely seized and
possessed of or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to, what is known as
‘ownership basis,’a residential flat, being the Flat No.1403,A WING,
EVERSHINE SAPPHIRE, CHANDIVALI FORM ROAD, CHANDIVALI,
Mumbai- 400072. hereinafter for the sake of brevity collectively
called the said “premises”
1) The leave & licence shall pay an amount to Mr. ABHIMANYU SINGH NEGI,
sum of Rs.5,000- (Rupees FIVE THOUSEND ONIY/-) per month
compensastion Charges.
1) The leave & licence have paid at the time of execution hereof a Security
Deposit of Rs.5000/- (Rupees FIVE THOUSEND ONLY Only) each which shall
remain with the Owner free of interest, until the termination of this
agreement and shall be returned to the leave &licence subject to any
deduction for payments due hereunder.
2) The leave & licence shall pay an amount to Mr. REDDYVARI RAJESH
sum of Rs.5,500- (Rupees FIVE THOUSEND FIVE HUNDRAD ONIY/-) per
month compensastion Charges.
2) The leave & licence have paid at the time of execution hereof a Security
Deposit of Rs.5,500/- (Rupees FIVE THOUSEND FIVE HUNDRAD ONLY Only)
each which shall remain with the Owner free of interest, until the

termination of this agreement and shall be returned to the leave & licence
subject to any deduction for payments due hereunder.
3) The leave & licence shall pay an amount to Mr. RAJEEV YADAV sum of
Rs.6,000- (Rupees SIX THOUSEND ONIY/-) per month compensastion
Charges.
3) The leave & licence have paid at the time of execution hereof a Security
Deposit of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees SIX THOUSEND ONLY Only) each which shall
remain with the Owner free of interest, until the termination of this
agreement and shall be returned to the leave & licence subject to any
deduction for payments due hereunder.
4) The leave & licence shall pay an amount to Mr. Rahul Laha. sum of
Rs.9,000- (Rupees Nine THOUSEND ONIY/-) per month compensastion
Charges.
4) The leave & licence have paid at the time of execution hereof a Security
Deposit of Rs.9,000/- (Rupees Nine THOUSEND ONLY Only) each which
shall remain with the Owner free of interest, until the termination of this
agreement and shall be returned to the leave & licence subject to any
deduction for payments due hereunder.
5) The leave & licence shall pay an amount to Mr. Anshuman Mishra
sum of Rs.9,000- (Rupees Nine THOUSEND ONIY/-) per month
compensastion Charges.
5) The leave & licence have paid at the time of execution hereof a Security
Deposit of Rs.9,000/- (Rupees Nine THOUSEND ONLY Only) each which

shall remain with the Owner free of interest, until the termination of this
agreement and shall be returned to the leave & licence subject to any
deduction for payments due hereunder.
5) The Owner may allot to the leave & licence any of the cot (bedrooms) in
the said Flat for the use of the leave & licence and the Owner may change
the allocation at any time during the tendency of the Agreement.
6) The leave & licence hereby specifically confirm and agree that the has no
right whatsoever to the said premises nor shall claim to be
tenant/subtenant or licensees nor shall claim any other right whatsoever in
or to the said premises.
7) It is clearly agreed and understood that the providing leave & licence have
not been given any key to the entrance door of the Flat nor even to the
room that is allocated to him for his temporary use from time to time.
8) The leave & licence shall not cause any disturbance at any time and may
permit guests or any outsider to enter the flat only with the permission of
the Owner.
9) In the event that the leave & licence misuse any of the facilities in the flat
or causes any disturbance or delays in making payment of the leave &
licence Charges, this Agreement shall stand terminated forthwith and it is
hereby specifically agreed and confirmed that the Owner shall be entitled
to enter the room allocated to the leave & licence for the time being and to
remove all the belongings of the leave & licence and dispose of them.

10) This Agreement shall stand terminated immediately upon the expiry of the
period mentioned hereinabove.
11) The leave & licence shall be responsible for any damage caused by them or
by any other outsider who has entered the Flat through them to the said
Flat and to any of the furniture, fixtures and equipment therein, reasonable
wear and tear excepted.
