CATHY LOST FIVE STONE IN TWENTY WEEKS

Cathy Pegley (43), from Sudbury has dropped from a size 20 to a size 12 after a big family occasion spurred her to finally lose weight once and for all. Cathy had gained weight rapidly after suffering from depression. She said: “I stopped caring about myself really and vowed to always start ‘tomorrow’ but three years went past. That’s a lot of tomorrows”.

Having been slim before her depression, Cathy desperately wanted to lose weight before a large family gathering last summer but having never needed to diet before she wasn’t sure what to do. Then Cathy remembered that her friend Wendy, was a Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant and turned to her for help. She said: “I found the whole thing quite easy, not weighing or

measuring. It suited my lifestyle perfectly”.Since losing weight Cathy has completely got her life

back on track enjoying long walks with her husband, attending Zumba classes and finally being able to wear those trim size 12 jeans she thought she would never see again.

She said: “Cambridge Weight Plan helped me reset my factory settings about how I think about food”.

For advice on the Cambridge Weight Plan contact accredited Consultant Wendy Bailey who will support you through the programmes and encourage you to maintain your new weight.Tel: 01787 370888 www.alexandras.com
