OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS

Booking request of accommodation, transfers and another services should be done

with no less than 30 days previous to the starting date of the event and the client

should go to the following email: [email protected]

However the previous condition, the Agency will take into consideration the

necessary operations in order to satisfy the entire booking request made between

29 and 7 days previous to the starting date of the event.

Bookings should be confirmed by email within the 48 hours subsequently to the

request's reception and an electronic invoice should be sent to proceed with the

advance payment of the reserved services.

The modifications of the services requested should be done with no less than 72

hours previous to the starting date of the event and the client should go to the

Once the payment is made, the client is in the moral obligation to send to

[email protected] a photocopy of the bank document in which the

banker's order was made.

Services’ payment should be done with no less than 10 days previous to

the arrival of the client(s).

MANNER OF PAYMENT:

The payment of the services should be done by a banker's order free of costs to the

beneficiary and through any banks or branch offices but North American ones,

with no less than 10 days previous to the arrival of the client(s).

PENALTIES BY CANCELLATIONS OR NO PERSONAL APPEARANCE:

Cancellations of the individual reservations already confirmed are subjected to the following penalties:



10% of the total amount if the cancellation is made between the 10 and 7 days

previous to the arrival of the client(s).

25 % of the total amount if the cancellation is made between the 4 and 7 days

previous to the arrival of the client(s).

50% of the total amount if the cancellation is made with no less than 72 hours

before the arrival of the client(s).

100%of the total amount by No Personal Presentation, understood as that

passenger who didn’t arrive to the country and didn’t make previous

cancellation.
