We coordinate with surrounding emergency response agencies andprepare pre-event emergency response plans. Medical services areprovided to not only the participants, but to everyone in attendance;including event staff, volunteers and spectators as well. Our turn-key eventcoverage allows event organizers to focus on other critical tasks while ourcertified care providers handle all medical attention and care needs.

•First Aid/First Responder: A certified First Responder providesbasic First Aid through the use of cold packs, minor woundbandaging, simple splinting and basic stabilization of more seriouspatients while coordinating safe and efficient transport with local 911assets.
•Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): Provides patient care byadministration of Oxygen, AED and other treatments within theirscope of practice. (Mobile via mountain bike)
•Paramedic: Licensed by the state in which they operate and capableof providing care and treatment equivalent to that received within anambulance, including advanced medications and intravenous fluids.(Mobile via mountain bike when needed)
•Aid Tent: The EMS Unlimited aid tent comes with an EKG (whenstaffed by Paramedics), cots, water, and additional medical supplies.The Aid Tent can act as your central emergency management andcommunications hub when needed.

•Escort/Extrication Vehicle: For those events taking place over longdistances or in geographical locations where Ambulance access may bedelayed EMS Unlimited provides vehicles to drive as escorts on yourlong distance cycling and running events or Off Road Vehicles for thosehard to access back-country trail runs and mountain bike events.
•Emergency Management/EMS Response Coordinating: On-siteEMS Command Representative coordinates all medical responses, on-course EMS staging and Air and/or Ground Transport as needed. Ourorganized and detail oriented on-site EMS Coordinators handle everyphase of your events medical response, treatment, transport andextrication.
•Pre Event Planning & Consulting: The EMS Unlimited team isexperienced in not only staffing your event with the proper personnel butalso providing you with the necessary expertise that comes from servingmany other events just like yours to help you design emergencyresponse and emergency action plans. Includes pre-event EMS Planningand Coordination with Event Response Handbook and Event NoticeForm.
