EVENT HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES Our number one priority is the well-being of our local communities, event attendees and our staff. Your help in following the guidelines below will ensure everyone experiences and enjoys a healthy and safe event. *No person will be allowed to attend the Event who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, has been exposed to anyone that is infected with COVID-19, is quarantining because of an infection or exposure of COVID-19, or who has any symptoms of COVID-19 as provided by both the CDC and Texas DSHS. g If you are not feeling well, are experiencing a sore throat, fever, cough, shortness of breath or other Covid-19 symptoms, please stay home. g In alignment with state, county and city mandates, face coverings will be required for everyone attending the event whenever you cannot maintain a physical distance of 6 feet from other attendees (including registered participants, spectators, vendors/exhibitors and staff). g Bring a personal travel size alcohol-based sanitizer. g Wash and sanitize your hands with soap and water at our many handwash and sanitization stations frequently throughout the day. g Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. g Practice Physical Distancing at all times – Stay at least six feet away from other people. g Be prepared to use contactless payment methods for purchases at the event (i.e., credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, etc.) g Please be kind, patient and respectful to fellow attendees as we implement our Health and Safety Guidelines.
