The fee of 10.00 which is non-refundable is to be paid in advance.The completed booking form and copy of your Public Liability Insurance (which is required to be at a minimum value of five million pounds) must be returned to the Centre along with your fee to secure your table / pitch.The Centre reserves the right to re-sell table / pitch space if the above documents are not supplied.Please inform the Centre of a cancellation as soon as possible so we can endeavour to fill your space.

Site visits prior to the event can be arranged by contacting the Centre in advance.

Access to the Centre for setting up will be available from 9.00am on Sunday 26th July 2015.

Tables that are provided by the Centre are done so without coverings or dressings.

Sellers must be set up and ready to sell to the public at 11am .

Sellers will not be permitted to leave until 4pm in the interest of health and safety.

Any electrical equipment (including extension cables) brought to the Centre must have a current PAT certificate.

The Centre will not provide lighting for outdoor tables / pitches and recommend sellers bring battery operated lighting.

The Centre will endeavour to have no more than 2 sellers at the event which offer similar services.

The Centre will endeavour to advertise the event in a way that is suitable for the event including local media, poster display and social media in order to maximise the footfall on the day.If you wish to advertise the event with your own organisations posters will be available after negotiations with the Centre.

Unloading and Parking.Unloading can take place in the public car park area should spaces be available but once unloaded sellers must park at the rear of the car park on the grass crete area. Please be smart parkers and park your vehicles safely and with consideration for others.This system ensures parking provision for visitors / your customers.

When on site you must observe our strict fire regulations and familiarise yourselves with the evacuation policy. You will be provided with a Safety Brief.

Table and pitch information.Indoor - 5ft x 29inch, tables provided by the Centre.Outdoor - 6ft x 27inch, trestle's provided by the Centre.Outdoor Pitches - Are 6ft x 5ft space (no table provided).
