Costumes For our researched we concluded that people loved the idea of the hat because it differentiated us from other groups as people had never seen any other who had a similar style, which meant we were unique.

Texts used in our music video link to our costumes, as the costume worn by me, was always the same, a suit and a Eskimo hat, we used this to portray our image and attract others who were intrigued by our style.

Artist

The band Citizen Cope is mainly represented by one figure head and one man, we wanted to do the same thing, as it was clear that other will be involved in the production of the music but in the end the person who is going to sell the music at the end of the day, would be the main artist.

Colour Effects

Low key lighting helped us establish the artist and recognise who the main figure was, as he would be the only one who was going to be lit up.

Similar colour schemes were used all the way throughout our music video and final print media products.

Another way that texts link in together is through the use of colour effects all our text have used similar colour schemes so that there is a clear theme throughout.

Props

All the way through our edia texts a microphone is referred to, we use this to shw the clear meaning of the music video and the passion of the artist.

We also used headphones and other musical props, because the musical element was the main element we wanted to bring out in all of this.

Body positions/ Images used

There is always a distinct link between our print media and our music video, the music video the main artist is always seen holding the microphone, and we wanted our finale print media to suggest performance and achievement, which is why we didn't change how we represented our artist.

SBR records is all for, producing artists with a strong meaning and artists that we believe can make a difference, citizen cope is one of those artists, with an album going by name of ‘The Fuel For Success’, the message which is portrayed in the music video, print adverts and our record company as a whole, are all the same, and all relate to one another.

Fonts and ColoursThe Fonts of Dont Give Up, used in our music video are also used in other print media, for example; our Poster,

Back and white/ Serpia is another way our media texts link as this same theme is carried out all the way through.
