Scenic City Certification Program

Any Texas city may apply to the program for an objective review of the city’s existing municipal ordinances as

compared to the Scenic City model.

Assessment is points-based, with every applicant receiving a detailed, score evaluation.

The Scenic City Certification Program established a detailed a set of model infrastructure standards for the

development of public roadways and public spaces.
