DESCRIPTION
EuroPRevent is the Annual meeting of the European Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation. It is the Global Cardiovascular Health Forum.TRANSCRIPT
The annual congress of the European Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (EACPR), is the premiere international forum where leading experts from diverse scientific fields in cardiology get together to discuss implementation strategies aimed at improving cardiovascular health.
EuroPRevent 2014 provides key information on latest news, technology, scientific output and guidelines in the field of cardiovascular prevention. It is the place where cardiologists, scientists, general practitioners, nurses & allied professionals, … can meet and discuss multi-disciplinary approaches to tackle CVD.
“Cardiovascular disease has long ceased to be a problem uniquely linked to affluence and Western societies […] The lessons learned need to be blended with the specific cultural, social and etiologic factors that determine the steady rise of metabolic and cardiovascular disease around the globe […] We join forces to enter a new era of fight against the burden of cardiovascular disease on an unprecedented scale. Treatment can never provide a complete answer and prevention is the only solution. As prevention is the passion of those gathering at the congress, EuroPRevent 2014 is an event you should not miss.”
