Discussion on the topic of Urban-Rural partnerships for new service solutions Formulation of potential project ideas for submission as preparatory projects Programme information regarding funding opportunities and project preparation Ideally as an outcome, in addition to developing the terms of reference for a “special”

preparatory project call, project ideas will be developed ready to be brought forward as a preparatory project during autumn 2010, which aim to submit main project applications for the 7th main project application call in the spring of 2011.
