In 2014 during MOVE Week we decided to involve as many schools as possible and to encourage students, particularly those in hard-to-reach social groups to involve in sport and physical activity through the initiative. The idea came from the Hungarian School Sport Day and its amazing results in Hungary.
147 schools and 13 kindergartens from all over Bulgaria joined MOVEWeek in 2014. More than 36,000 children were physically active during this week.
Nine schools from all over the country met the criteria and were awarded with vouchers for purchasing of sports goods.
