And of course some challenges…
Present General Challenges • Teacher Leave to attend courses during workdays (need to always clarify learning
outcomes, and provide support to individual cases)
• Costs for participation – How to bring costs down by attracting additional donors? This takes a lot of effort?
• Competition with other course providers – How to make clear and good PR when competing with commercial course providers?
• Due to the efforts for support to individuals, inclusive geographical approach and close local partnership, it takes a lot of time to set up a successful professional training and development course within an annual conference.
• Local participation due to language barrier and ineligibility for funding.
