European Day

Wednesday 9th May 2012

Each class came to school dressed in the colours of a different European Country.

Years 0,1 and 2

Pupils from years 0,1and 2 came as Italy.

During the day they cooked pasta and pizza

and also made a flag of Italy.

Years 3 and 4

Years 3 and 4 came as Spain.During the day they cooked a

Strawberry and Mandarin Flan.They also did a word search about

Spain and the main cities.

Years 5 and 6

Years 5 and 6 came as Portugal.During the day we cooked a traditionalPortuguese cake, made a flag and

created a Power Point presentation and information sheet.

Poland

A group from years 5 and 6 also made a Power Point presentation about Poland.
