• Invest through the Major Collective Investments in any of the six investment criteria (A1 to A6) with a total investment of €2,500,000 plus €500,000 for purchase of a residential property

• Invest with our company through the Major Collective Investments in residential property option with a total investment of €2,500,000 which includes the €500,000 for the purchase of a residential property

• The applicant must fulfil a set of Terms & Conditions set out in the Scheme

CYPRUS CITIZENSHIP PROGRAMME IN DETAILSAs a Property Development Company we offer our clients both the A3 option and the Major Collective Investments option. The Major Collective Investment option is the easiest and cheapest option for the applicant to get the Cyprus Citizenship with a total investment of €2,500,000, an amount which also includes the residential property of €500,000 (without including the VAT). Groups of five applicants with individual investments of €2,500,000 are combined in “one” by our company, associates and partners to achieve the desired goal. THE SCHEME

• The Cyprus Citizenship through Naturalization by Exception was set out by the Council of Ministers providing for the grant of the Cyprus Citizenship to both the foreign applicant, the spouse as well as financially dependent children up to the age of 28.

• The applicant needs to fulfill one of the following economic criteria which were set by the Council of Ministers, either personally or through a company in which he/she holds shares or as a top senior manager of the company:

• A1. Investment in government bonds• A2. Investment in financial assets of Cypriot companies or Cyprus organizations• A3. Investment in real estate, land development and infrastructure projects.• A4. Purchase or creation or participation in Cypriot businesses or companies• A5. Deposits in Cypriot banks• A6. Combination of the A1, A2, A3, A4&A5

All the above economic criteria require a total investment of €5,000,000 plus €500,000 for purchase of a residential property, except from option A3 which requires no further purchase of residential property.

Also available are the Major Collective Investments (A1, A2, A3 & A5).

Groups of 5 with independent investments of the required €12,500,000 can be combined together. Each individual applicant needs only to invest €2,500,000 and if option A3 is chosen then no further property purchase is required. And we arrange such groups.
