Skillsets groupsimilar and related skills that are criticalto a certain profession or industry.Within each skillset LinkedIn Recruiteractivity and member characteristics areused to determine supply and demandfor talent. A higher demand indexmeans that the average professional in aregion is interacting with recruiters morefrequently than peers in other regions.Data about job consideration comesfrom our semiannual talent driverssurvey of over 100,000 members.
