LG SOLUTION The renovated HVAC system required quick responsiveness to the various customer needs such as heating, and cooling in the rooms to achieve satisfaction and comfort. Multi V IV Heat Recovery was chosen

because of its modularity that allows to divide the installation by areas, ensuring cooling and heating operation

modes at the same time. The plant, developed in a block form, was equipped with 4 units with heat recovery located

on the roof of the building, with low installation spaces. Another important element was that the installation of the

pipes was carried out almost entirely in existing shafts, thanks to the small piping diameter of LG Multi V IV solution.

LG SOLUTION Ensuring high quality of service to its guests, Ikos Olivia confided the expertise and innovative hotel solutions from LG for HVAC systems and hot water production. Specifically, the Ikos Olivia chose the hotel

integrated HVAC solutions with LG Multi V IV, which are distinguished for its top energy efficiency and significant

operational cost savings, combined with indoor cassette units.

Energy saving was greatly improved advanced by installing the LG MULTI V IV Heat Recovery system. During summer

season this system permits the indoor units to operate on cooling, while the Hydrokit units operate on heating. The

additional savings from this operation is expected to exceed 20%.

LG SOLUTION Stanic Trade Company, one of the oldest LG partner in South East Europe, has chosen LG Multi V IV system for their headquarters in order to provide a perfect working environment for the staffs. By installing

Multi V IV systems, effective heating and cooling with energy savings were achieved, which was the most important

criteria for the building. Electricity consumption costs have been lowered by more than 50% compared to the

previous traditional heating systems. Above all, the user-friendliness and comfortable cooling mode provided by the

LG SOLUTION The Sanador Administrative Building was a difficult project as the location of the building was very expensive and natural gas connection was not easy to be implemented. Hence the project required a total

HVAC solution with stable performance and less installation fuss, providing by simultaneous heating, cooling and

proper ventilation. The LG Multi V IV Heat Recovery system has been chosen because it was the ideal solution

for the project, able to heat and cool many rooms at the same time with high efficiency, thus enabling lower

operating cost.

SITE INFORMATION This building is the administrative office of Sanador Clinics, one of the major players in the Romanian healthcare segment. Sanador clinics covers the whole range of diverse medical

LG SOLUTION Previously, the building was equipped with a VRV, running on R22 refrigerant. Because of R22’s negative impact on the environment, Sofico has chosen LG Multi V IV Plus for the complete renovation of

air-conditioning system. Multi V IV Plus runs on R410a refrigerant, maintaining high performance combined with

PDI and AC Smart Premium central controller. Sofico was impressed by Multi V's advanced control solution as it

allows easy control over the complete HVAC system. The project was a big challenge to both client and LG as the

renovation timeline was less than 3 weeks and had to be done even during office hours. However, LG was able to

manage the replacement in due time, offering the best for its client.

SITE INFORMATION Sofico is a worldwide leading software company in banking and car industry. Located in Zwijnaarde, Belgium, the office building covers an area of 1,900 square meters, consisted with

LG SOLUTION For the Cundall office, two LG Multi V IV Heat recovery VRF units were installed to connect the individual indoor units across the office. The heat recovery enables the indoor units to operate independently in

either cooling or heating modes. Multi V IV has a unique inverter compressor technology that improves performance,

with around 50% less weight than the competitors, decreasing the workload of installation. The system is controlled

by LG's AC Smart Premium touch screen central control. Selecting this system eliminated the need for a additional

third-party BMS, cutting further cost needed for hardware and system integration.

LG SOLUTION Bouygues decided to convert their headquarters into an eco-friendly building by significantly reducing its energy footprint. The LG Multi V Water system was chosen as the ideal HVAC solution for this project.

The system not only saves energy but also reduces water usage as it recycles water in order to regulate the

temperature of the building. With LG’s advanced technology, the building’s water consumption was reduced by more

than 70 percent.

SITE INFORMATION Tanum Shopping Center is located on the Swedish west coast, near the Norwegian border. The shopping center has opened up in November 2014, as one of the biggest shopping places around

the region, with 40,000 m2 floor space and consisted with more than 60 different shops.

LG SOLUTION Considering the Nordic climate, requirements for the Tanum Shopping Center air-conditioning system was heating and general cooling of the entire mall of 40,000 m2 through its conventional ventilation

system. With LG’s Multi V IV, the center was offered a seamless integration of external communication, demand

control, and a reliable and high performance of heating and cooling. LG Multi V IV is able to offer a stable and high

level of performance even in extreme weathers. In addition, the flexibility of the system being able to be connected

to an AHU unit was an advantage in winning this project.

LG SOLUTION The client wanted an efficient, flexible HVAC solution that was able to implement the building’s existing hydraulic loop. This led the engineers to select the LG Multi V Water IV for the project. With LG’s technical

support, different evaporation temperatures were taken into account and an efficient HVAC system was equipped

to help the building reach the desired temperature. In addition, the Multi V Water IV’s long piping between its indoor

and outdoor units was an important feature as the building structure required a flexible HVAC system.

LG SOLUTION In the campus of Elche, most of the buildings are equipped with air-conditioning systems by LG. As Miguel Hernandez university was a public school, it was important to design an air-conditioning system with high

efficiency, easy control, minimum maintenance costs, and guaranteed reliability of the product. Having met with all

these requirements, LG Multi V Water II was installed, and it was connected duct and cassette units to fit into the

interior design of the building, and also connected to AHU for fresh intake air for the classrooms and offices.

chosen as a good combination of capacity, COP, and reliability. The customer’s key concern was energy efficiency

where Multi V IV was able to respond with superior performance, fulfilling all of the customer's needs. For indoor

units, Floor standing was selected to add a touch of classical image to the classrooms.
