Directly, or via our brokerage company EFG Securities, we support our clients in reaching the capital markets by providing all the side services that are necessary in securities trading.

Apart from our wide range of products offered and our constant development of new products, Eurobank EFG is also known as a successful leader in the development of new treasury products, designed based on constant changes of domestic FX markets.

Eurobank EFG in Serbia offers all kind of currency conversions (RSD against leading foreign currencies, FX against FX) at favorable market prices, using Eurobank EFG Group’s expertise for FX markets and the latest technical developments on the financial markets outlook.

Our treasury product palette consists of:

• FX Spot TransactionsPrompt (SPOT) transactions are the most common of all FX transactions purchasing and selling one currency for another with a term of realization of up to two days from the day of agreement. Spot rate is a price (exchange rate) used for the realization of spot transactions.

• FX Forward TransactionsTerm (Forward) transactions are transactions of buying and selling currencies on exchange rates valid on the day of agreement of transaction, with a future term of realization lasting from 3 working days up to 6 months. A FX Forward Agreement is used as protection from short exposure to currency risk, that is, for defining the RSD counter value of future inflow and outflow of foreign currency.

• FX Swap Transactions These are transactions where two signatories swap amounts in different currencies at predetermined currency rates. It consists of one spot transaction and one forward transaction with an opposite sign marking. FX Swap is being used in order to reduce the financing costs and costs for protection from FX risks.

• DepositsDeposits represent all kind of disposal of free RSD and foreign currency deposits at amounts and terms that best suite the client’s business, at the most attractive interest rates.

Financial leasing is a way of financing a purchase, which includes giving you the right of use to the leased object. As an example, if you are buying a car on leasing, it’s your obligation by the contract to pay a certain number of rates until you pay off the full price. During the contract period (i.e. pay off period) you are free to use the car as if it was yours. If you have already paid the supplier, EFG Leasing considers it as the down payment.
