The trainingcourse will be more interactive and will have moreof a classroom style. Litigation at the UPCThe new European Patent with Unitary Effect and the Unitary Patent Court system will pro-vide owners of existing and future (classical) European patents with the option for at leastseven years to opt-out, i.e. to litigate their EPs at the national courts instead of at theUPC.
