Interim CareSome patients no longer need acute care, but are still not ready to function by themselves at home or to be transferred to a long-term care facility. Interim Care allows patients to remain in a supervised medical setting on a short term basis. Respite care, or short-term hospital care for people who are not able to care for themselves, allows caretakers to meet other responsibilities with peace of mind, knowing that their loved ones are still receiving one-on-one professional medical care.

Surgical Services Advocate Eureka Hospital offers a variety of surgical procedures. We offer both inpatient and outpatient surgery (including pre-operative consultation and post-operative follow-up).

Outpatient ServicesA variety of outpatient services often make inpatient hospitalization unnecessary. Our services include diagnostic testing procedures and surgeries, as well as physical and speech therapies that give patients the opportunity to save on hospitalization costs and eliminate the need to travel or be away from home or work.

LaboratoryUnder the direction of a certified pathologist, our clinical laboratory is staffed with certified medical technologists and technicians. A wide range of testing procedures are available to help with diagnosis and treatment and to assist in monitoring therapies.
