Les Prés d’Eugénie, Guerard’s family domain, offers four hotels, three res-taurants and a spa, set in a beautiful landscaped 40-acre park.

Four «lodgings», nest-led among rose and water gardens, shelter 45 rooms (26-50 m²), suites (45-80 m²) and appartments (120-145 m²).

The «Main House» is built in a colonial style. In its walls is located the Michelin 3-star Restaurant. Rooms and suites are fur-nished with antiques and pe-riod paintings.

The Couvent des Herbes and Logis des Grives houses are 18th-century romantic retreats.

The Imperatrice wing shel-ters Imperial and Royal suites.

All the rooms and appart-ments overlook gardens and orchards. Many of them have a large balcony or a terrace.

DINING

Two Restaurants, one Café and 4 Cuisines are served to our guests.

Michel Guérard’s Gourmet Restaurant boasts 3 Miche-lin stars since 1977. The Chef spread the great French Tra-dition, combining History, Nature and the thrilling ad-venture of culinary creation.

The Cuisine Minceur - the most pleasant way to loose weight - is also served in this restaurant.

On Eugénie’s rustic side, L’Auberge de la Ferme aux Grives is a stone-walled barn and serves delicious country dishes, like milk-fed veal and plump chicken, roasting over an open-hearth fireplace.

Mère Poule Café is a wonder-ful setting, offering gourmets a real treat with rustic snacks and home-made cakes.

SPA

Behind the Main House, planted in the Estate’s great meadow, this former 18th-century Landes farm covers an area of 1,000 m² and houses the Thermal Spa facilities. Whether you’re here for a cure or just a few hours’ relaxation, its 21 individual treatment rooms, lounges and shop mean that whate-ver time you spend there will surely do you good.
