Ethernet Service OAM LB Testing.
1. Create PWE3 E-Line service. Note the V-LAN ID, will be used for LB Test later.
2. Create new MD. Maintain MD level as 4.
3. Create MA. Select the E-LINE Service just created.

4. Create MEPs.
5. Create Remote MEP in an MA.

6. Key in remote end MEP ID.
7. Do the same setting at Remote End. Then perform LB testing. Chg MP ID as remote End
MEP ID.

8. Then start test LB.
9. If select Dest. MP MAC Address, copy remote end eth port MAC address.

10. Perform LT testing by MP ID, chg remote MP ID.
11.Or by Dest. MAC address, copy remote end Eth port MAC address.
