[15] Description of Equipment or Protective System The enclosure comes in two models; a camera version and a lamp version. The enclosure is fitted with a cemented front

window. Entries into enclosure are via a threaded entry for use with Ex-d cable glands, or via a potted bushing. When potted bushing is used, the outside of bushing must be protected by a certified Ex-d or Ex-e junction box.

If the enclosure is used without junction box, a cable gland certified Ex d IIC for volumes greater than 2000cm2 must be used. Type identification

Ex 291C: Camera with supply 12VDC or 24 - 30VAC. T-class for camera version is T6. Ex 291L: Lamp, 50W Halogen supplied by 12VDC or 24VDC. T-class for lamp version is T4. Degrees of protection (IP Code)
