LoginYou will have been supplied a username and password.Use these to login to the secure file upload area.

ContactsThe page you are sent to upload login contains some information to contact members of the team and also this user guide.

When you are ready, please click continue to progress to file upload. If you have logged in by error there is a button to log-out on the top right of every page.


Your detailsOn this page you will presented with some information to fill in. This data will be later used to populate the cover of your Risk Register Document. You will later see a preview file to approve.

Fill in the details for the cover and click continue.


File UploadSimply follow the instructions and click browse to find and select the document you would like to submit for printing.

Should you select a file in error you can use the clear button delete your entry and re-select a new file.

Once you are happy that the document is correct, click Upload.



File Upload1. You will now see the details you entered on an earlier page, please carefully check the details on the preview thumbnail. If you click on the image then you will be able to open it as a pdf, save the file or print to check what you are sending to production.

2. Simply check that the file listed is correct. Simply choose back to your details or if your happy, click Files correct - continue Upload.

UploadedNow that you’ve successfully uploaded your file, please choose whether you would like to send another document to print or if you would like to log-out of the system.
