Estancia la FaustinaOur dove hunting lodge “La Faustina” is located in the Province of Córdoba, well-known as the dove shooting capital of the world, there are over 50 million doves in our valley, and they never migrate. Shooting is phenomenal year-round: a true dove hunter’s paradise.

AcommodationThe property has three buildings, each one with its own disposition, character and qualities. One house accommodates six dove hunters. It has four single rooms, each with a large (queen) bed and one double room, with two queen beds. All rooms have private en-suite bathrooms, AC and Wifi. These rooms share a common living room, that invites to share quiet moments and solitude with a fireplace and coffee machine.

AcommodationThe second house styles as a cabin with its couch in front of the fire place, a frigo bar, AC, wifi, a room with two queen beds, and a bathroom with jacuzzi. Is a perfect home for a couple.
The third house is where we all gather together to enjoy meals, drinks and entertainment. The architecture evokes the bars “pulperías” where gauchos used to drink and shop after a long day of work. There is a large dinning room with a long table, a huge fireplace, couches, tv, music, bar with a variety of national drinks, appetizers, Wifi, AC, and a great view to the Polo field. Plus a gift shop with local artwork, crafts and logo wear.

PoloPolo practice is La Faustina’s trademark. It’s sorroundings associates with equestrian activities. Walk beside the Polo field and an atonishing park with trees and bushes of different kind while you enjoy horses, stables and yards. There is a pool with its own deck and open bar, during the day and night, that is ideal to refresh after a mid-summer hunt.

FoodLa Faustina has a copious menu that includes all the most Argentinian gaucho flavors and varied aromas that cherish hidden stories and guards traditions on each plate. Our food is fresh and regionally representative. As you can't take any of your hunts home, we include dove recipes in all our meals. At our table every meal is a banquet.
