DIY: Heat Protectant Spray

Shield your str ands w ith a heat protectant spray made w ith Clar y Sage and Geranium essential oi ls. Easy to make, this DIY spray w i l l have your hair feel ing ful l and healthy.

Ingr edients:

1 teaspoon Fractionated Coconut Oi l

1 tablespoon sweet almond oi l

2 teaspoons doTERRA Salon Essential Smoothing Conditioner

1 cup water

5 drops Clar y Sage essential oi l

5 drops Geranium essential oi l

Di r ect i ons: Pour half of the water into a spray bottle. Add Fractionated Coconut Oi l , sweet almond oi l , conditioner , and essential oi ls into bottle. Add remaining water and shake well . To use, apply one spr i tz to hair and work i t through unti l hair is l ightly coated. Style as normal.

Ingr edients:

Frui t (We recommend grapes, blueber r ies, kiw i , pineapple, oranges, and str aw ber r ies to get the per fect r ainbow.)

1 cup whipping cream

1-2 drops Wild Orange essential oi l

Dir ections:

Wash and dr y fr ui t. Cut into small bi te-size pieces.

Beat whipping cream unti l sti f f peaks form. Add 1-2 drops of Wi ld Orange essential oi l and sti r.

In a glass cup, layer cut fr ui t by color s of the r ainbow. Top w ith Wild Orange whipped cream and enjoy.

In the Middle Ages, the Clar y Sage plant was fr equently used to soothe skin. Inhaling Clar y Sage promotes feel ings of r elaxation, al low ing for a r estful night?s sleep.
