Tower OwnershipSBA owns and operates more than 32,000 towers throughout the Americas and South Africa. We build our towers at the request of a wireless carrier, leveraging our in-house experience in site acquisition, zoning and construction. The Mergers and Acquisitions department of SBA has successfully completed more than 1,200 transactions, and our reputation for evaluating a portfolio and quickly structuring a mutually beneficial offer is unparalleled.

LeasingSBA leases antenna space on our multi-tenant towers to a variety of wireless service providers under long-term lease contracts. Our customer base includes leading wireless communications carriers representing all technologies. Our coverage areas are highly favorable for wireless communications, including: metro areas, suburban neighborhoods, rural populations, major highways, commuter zones, rights of way, concentrated industrial areas and a large number of retail and healthcare sites, airports, campuses, stadiums and arenas.

Site ManagementSBA offers a comprehensive selection of professional site marketing and management services for property owners. We can assist property owners by leasing their sites to wireless carriers through one of the most experienced site leasing teams in the industry. Our ability to offer carriers a comprehensive portfolio of communication sites is complementary to our tower ownership business. Currently, SBA manages approximately 10,000 communication site locations on behalf of third-party landlords.

SITE DEVELOPMENTSBA offers wireless service providers assistance in developing their own networks. Our services include site identification and acquisition as well as obtaining zoning approvals and permitting.
