Transcripts are sent to home university coordinators usually within 6 weeks after the offi cial end of the semester. Please note that we do not convert our grades for international universities. Each partner university will convert the grades obtained by its students according to its own criteria. A detailed explanation of ESSEC Global BBA’s grading system is sent systematically to the home university with the transcripts.
Re-sit exams: No re-sits or make-up exams are available to students.

Our application is completely online. Instructions will be sent by e-mail when the application is launched. Students need to upload the following supporting documents:

Insurance policies should meet the following requirements:- Coverage valid for the whole duration of your stay- Coverage valid at least in Asia- Cap for medical expenses should be at least 80 000 euros- Repatriation- Civil responsibility
Please note: we need the policy to be in English. (Kindly get your insurance policy translated to English).
All international students will require a Student’s Pass issued by the Immigration & CheckpointsAuthority (ICA) during their candidature in ESSEC.
As an approved Institute of Higher Learning (IHL), ESSEC will be applying the student pass for you.
