A cust. is given an hour window for pick up. Utilizing new pick up log daily Calling customer before leaving Priority Pass
Pre-Pick Up Process Pre-printed pick up with map directions
and the best contact phone number. ARMS reservations contract pre-written. “P3” in 2.0; Pick up information as a
back up.
Accountability Show team members how to execute project to
improve ESQi Captains: for retail, ARMS, and MapQuest Observed/oversaw the compilation of MapQuest
printouts with contact info attached and reservation details.
Shaped the project results by holding team members accountable for completing tasks. Giving 1 hour over the course of each day to
complete their section.
