A perfect treatment to relieve deep-seated tension, physical and emotional stress and harmonise energetical centres , using precious and healing Latvian Amber Crystals and volcanic stones. A foot ritual, skin exfoliation with natural amber sand and an ESPA facial cleanse begin the treatment. Vital energy points and Chakras are then massaged with an individually tailored blend of oils and using the precious Amber stone to help release deep-seated tension and restore energy to the body. BALTIC BODY TREATMENT

A specialised body treatment that combines a detoxifying wrap and advanced body massage to tone and firm the skin.

First of all the body is exfoliated using warm and iced mitts to stimulate circulation. A body wrap is then applied to address problem areas prone to cellulite, fluid retention and uneven skin texture. Lastly, a lymphatic drainage massage follows to help the body eliminate toxins, tone the skin and revitalise the mind. A course of treatments is recommended to maximise the effects.

SAUNA SANARIUM the humidity amounts to 40 - 55% and heat to 55 °C is the perfect level to stimulate blood circulation.

THE ROCK SAUNA a traditional sauna that uses sauna rocks to help generate heat and humidity. The sauna operates at a temperature of 80 - 100 °C.

The Thermal Suite is located on the 6th floor in the Spa centre. It is available to our clients who have come to enjoy spa treatments. There is one hour provided before the treatment for relaxing in the Thermal Suite to prepare your mind and body for treatments.

OPEN-AIR VITALITY POOL where you can enjoy underwater massage and where there is a constant water temperature of 38 provided. ˚C

STEAM ROOMS The average temperature in the steam room is 33-36 ˚C.

SAUNA RONDELLO The sauna is heated to a temperature of 80 to 100 ˚C with minimal humidity and is therefore a dry intense heat.

EXPERIENCE OUR SPECIALLY DESIGNED SHOWERS and choose from warm tropical rainfall that cascades down on you, or a refreshing and invigorating cold mist that encompasses your whole body to awaken you.

Spa ArrivalFor face and body treatment reservations exceeding 1 hour, we advise arrival at Spa Reception 60 minutes prior to your treatment time in order to enjoy full use of the exclusive Spa facilities including: heat experiences consisting of steam rooms, saunas, ice fountain, lifestyle showers, an outdoor vitality pool and relaxation areas. Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment time.

Children's Policy Children under the age of 14 are permitted to use the Indoor Pool only when accompanied by a responsible adult. The adult is responsible for child safety. Children's Active Leisure Area visiting hours at ESPA Riga are from 7 am – 6 pm.

Age Requirements The minimum age requirement to experience treatments is 16.

What to bring If using the Active Leisure Area or Thermal Suite, bathing suits are required. Appropriate clothing should be worn in the Fitness Studio at all times.
