SCOPE OF WORK

HRD & PAY ROLL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (As per your company norms)

HR & Payroll Management Services managed by NINE DIVINE HR, which have all the features of Payroll

processes that a typical H R / Accounts department of a small/medium/large sized company follows. The NINE

DIVINE HR Services covers all the forms which the Government of India has made compulsory for the Indian

firms to adopt with respect to their employees.

The NINE DIVINE HR Services starts off from formation of a Company. After filling up the entire Employee

related information and the group or department he is recruited, assign the employee a salary structure. Now

Income Tax Management (TDS) NINE DIVINE HR Services will maintain the Tax deducted at source details after the employee gives his projections for the

financial year's investment. According to the projected details, the Income Tax shall be deducted per month from the salary

of the employee. When the accurate details on the basis of hard copy reports of investments are given by employee, then

TDS is recalculated and accurate amount is deducted in the form of Income Tax. Form 16 is generated for all the employees.

declared/provided by the employees and also checking the validity of documents provided by the employees

Standing Orders

It applies to every industrial establishment wherein one hundred or more workmen are employed, or were

employed on any day of the preceding twelve months:

Provided that the appropriate Government may, after giving not less than two months‟ notice of its intention so to

do, by notification in the Official Gazette, apply the provisions of this Act to any industrial establishment

employing such number of number of persons less than one hundred as may be specified in the notification.

The Govt. of Haryana has made it applicable to the Industrial Establishments wherein 50 or more workmen are

employed or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months.

We hold expertise in handling issues related to drafting of Standing Orders and getting it verified from the

Certified Officer. These Standing Orders apply to all persons who come within definition of „Workman‟ in

Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946.

According section 3 of this Act every employer of an industrial establishment is liable to submit five copies of the

draft standing orders proposed by him for adoption by him in the industrial establishment.

NOTE: 1. Our Assistant will visiting the office premises once or twice per month as required

for the purpose of complying with all the register.
