ESH Trace Heating Ltd is a family run business who has grown to become one of the UK's leading trace heating specialists. We design and manufacture a comprehensive range of surface heating products, trace heating tapes and systems for pipework, tanks and vessels, including products approved for Hazardous Area operation.

ESH have a proven track record of outstanding service and have supplied our trace heating products to a wide range of industries including building and construction, chemical and food processing, water supply and treatment, telecommunications and oilfield services both on-shore and off-shore.
Our head office, design and manufacturing facilities and internal sales department are based in Telford, Shropshire (UK). We have dedicated regional sales engineers who operate country wide and we also employ our own installation engineers.
Full design, specifications, engineering drawings, advice and guidance is provided for projects from simple frost protection to complex process plant systems.

All surface heating and electric trace heating products are manufactured to current British and European Standards (BSEN) and our Quality Management System is approved to ISO 9001. ESH’s capabilities include:
♦ Design and manufacture of trace heating systems for pipework, tanks and vessels, in both non-hazardous and hazardous area operations.
♦ Manufacture and supply of trace heating thermostats and temperature control units, termination kits, junction boxes and installation ancillaries.
♦ Full design and manufacture of custom made surface heating systems, to suit customer specific application requirements, utilising – heating cable, flexible heating jackets, heating mats & pads, mineral insulated cable and heated hose products.
Due to our flexibility we can design surface heating systems from customer specifications, produce full design briefs or prototypes and manufacture with full customer branding to allow customers to market their business rather than ours.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning
ESH Trace Heating Ltd can offer a full installation package for trace heating, leak detection, road & ramp heating and many other surface heating systems. All installations are carried out by our sister company ESH Installation Ltd which was formed to offer dedicated and specialised surface heating and leak detection installation.
Full system installation is carried out by our experienced installation teams, designed and installed to current relevant standards. Our in house installation engineers are fully trained and have many years experience within the trace heating industry, who all hold CSCS cards and any other relevant skill cards such as IPAF and PASMA.
