Adding New Users
Provide user roles/rights to:Title coordinatorsFiscal StaffOthers as appropriate
Districts should not add CESAs or
consortium leaders as district users.
Logging In The ESEA application portal is located on
DPI’s ESEA webpage
http://dpi.wi.gov/esea/index.html
Click the “ESEA Application” link.
Note: The link that states “2011-12 and Prior ESEA Application” will take you to the old application. The two applications are separate.
Login ID: Use the user name assigned to you.
Password: On your first login, your password is password. Then the application will automatically prompt you to change your password to something you choose.
