Due to an error by the publisher, the editorial in honor of Dr. Alexander Ivanovich Leontiev’s 80th birthday published in this journal (vol.51 (3–4) pp. 397–398) included the incorrect heading ‘‘In Memoriam". This editorial, ‘‘Academician Alexander Ivanovich Leontiev on his80th birthday", should have utilized the heading ‘‘In Celebration". We apologize for any misunderstanding and concern that this errormay have caused. Once again, we wish Dr. Leontiev a very happy 80th birthday.
