• Preference to incorporate misters throughout playground rather than dedicate a specific space to that activity
• Make a connection from the main loop trail to the pathway around the open space
• Pedestrian connections to Leesville Road
• Include accessible play equipment/opportunities
• Do not direct any additional stormwater towards the adjacent homes, and if possible limit the amount of water currently directed at the homes

• 35 Parking spaces. One full-service entrance and one right-in/right-out entrance
• 1/2 acre Dog Park with one entry point. Double gate entry.
• Open Space. (Approx. 1/2 acre).
• Combination Restroom & Shelter. Close to playground on visual vantage point.
• Shelter. Overlooks open space. Located on visual axis to the arbor / overlook.
• Overlook & Arbor. (Overlook approx. 7’ high). Looks over sustainable stormwater management and flowering trees.
• Age-separated traditional playgrounds with shade sails. Adjacent to restroom and shelter.
• Natural Play area with multiple access points.
• Water Misters throughout playground areas.
• Pathway loops. (Central Loop is approx. 1/3 mile). Path network is only fully accessible from parking lot to overlook. Overlook to creek follows natural topography.
• Boardwalks. (2). Opportunity to educate about stream ecology.
• Platforms. (3). Hang out spaces, raised overlooks, a place to get off the walking path and be surrounded by the existing woodland trees.
