I have known and worked with Erin Rogers since 2007, with my business supplying services to Erin as Manager - Travel Services for Ambassador Programs Inc, throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Given the nature of our business, I have during this time had the pleasure of spending considerable time with Erin, be it during site inspections, familiarisation trips or visits to her office in Spokane, and have consequently come to know her both in a professional and personal context.

Erin is the consummate professional, able to skilfully balance the needs of her company with the practicalities and realities of her suppliers. I have found her to be understanding yet also firm and fair in negotiations.

She cares, and is deeply passionate about what she does, this has been very obvious since our first meeting, as is her commitment and dedication to her professional responsibilities. I have observed and been the recipient of her working long and hard to deliver on deadlines and promises.

Naturally these traits are part of Erin, and flow through in her interactions with suppliers and her team, building trust and strengthening relationships. She is well respected within my team and none more so than by me.

On a personal note I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Erin, in addition to the above, she laughs, has fun and is good fun to be around.
