Emphysema

Centroacinar- affects respiratory bronchioles in center of acinus smoking

Panacinar- affects entire acinus Alpha-1 antitrypsin

Paraseptal- alveolar ducts and sac at periphery of lung Incidental in young adults Part of centroacinar

Irregular- scarring and no relation to acinus Bullous- any type
