We will showcase small and bigger features in Duty Manager, Month Planner and Absence Planner and how to set this up and practical use. This session is for existing users of the Duty Suite.
Working efficiently with block and duty optimization
With the newly introduced processor framework in the Optimization module, we have the possibili-ty to either modify the data or extract info, before and after job and furthermore, we can do this in a highly customizable way. This functionality can be used in many different ways from extracting simple KPIs on the optimized result, to more elaborate statistics or even renaming and reordering the blocks/duties to the liking of the user.
RP-Cloud – Resourceplanner – Business Intelligence
Slice and dice your Resource Plans. Analyze and compare Block Plans and Duty Plans.
Break down production in trip type and duty types. Calculation allowance using simple Dax. Add cost parameters and price indexes to your calculations.

Planning your employees for not being fatigued
We will talk about the model, the challenges in planning with fatigue in mind, how to setup and use this feature.
This is mainly for existing users of the Duty Suite, but others can benefit from learning about the fatigue challenges.
OnDemand Public Transport
We will talk about the latest mobility trends where demand response transport replace low frequency fixed route, either permanently or as part of a larger mobility strategy and network planning, where high frequency fixed route is used in large populated city areas, meanwhile suburban and especially country side public transport is serviced by demand response vehicles, including MaaS.

Implemented features and what is in the pipeline? TP10: the new versions main points, selected ele-ments on top, Master Journey Pattern, password feature, search point on map and upcoming fea-tures in the next versions. / RP8: new features, as Auto completion, layover times, comments on non-trip. / VM10: implementation of Splitting trips, new function of Vehicle assignment and Ve-hicle Time Travelled and further more and also upcoming features in the next versions.

This session is mainly operators that are interested in communication and employee self service and existing users of the Duty Suite product.
How to manage electromobility in Trapeze
In this sessions we will present the work that has already been done on electromobility, as well as go through how both planning and operations modules are expected to have something changed or added, to be able to handle the requirements. We are working closely with the bus monitoring company Viricity and one of their products will also be shown and how it is important when managing your electric fleet.
Jira and Support in 2020
First insights: customers and Trapeze are working with Jira. Results, lessons learned, next steps.
We will give you an overview about Jira and the experiences we made using it as a support tool. And, of course, we will show some statistics, what went well, where are improvements needed.
